HOW TO Install Parrot security OS

0.) Download Vmware and Virtualbox.
If your PC is 64 bit I suggest VMware workstation or player because it is reliable and has wide customer support even you can get help on other sites too and the solutions are simple and straightforward. And the most popular thing about VMware is that VMware has good intelligence if you forget to eject.ISO file it will remind you and eject it automatically if you agreed.

If your PC is 32 bit only Virtualbox will work. And bear this In your mind you Have to choose 32-bit kernel operating system files because of these lines on virtual box's site."Please note that the package architecture must fit your host operating system architecture. So if you are running a 32-bit kernel on a 64-bit capable CPU you have to install the32-bit version (x86/amd64)".

You Must Need anyone of them For Installing Linux Distributions On Your PC without deleting or Harming Windows. The installation Process Is Simple and doesn't need Any instructions but in case if you are stuck you Can Ask Without Hesitation.I guarantee the one who chooses VMware workstation will be in 80℅ less trouble.if they choose according to their kernel versions.

1.) Download Parrot Security ISo File.(Full Version according to your Kernel do not worry its free) from official parrot's site.Downloading is very simple and easy because of straightforward and decent parrot security Os's website.

2.) After Completing installation Move ISO image To your desired directory. And open VMware or virtual box.To make our engine ready to Fly with Parrot. Then click on create a new Virtual machine for VMware or Only new for VirtualBox as you see in above screen will will show you a popup to start setting up your virtual machine.

People with VMware select typical installation.and click next to see beginners guided wizard which means the wizard will be easy and straightforward with tips on every step when you have to make big decisions.Or even small but complicated like you will find below asking all files in one partition or split files etc.
Now choose ISO file of Parrot OS which you downloaded in step 1.So Vmware will be able to Make a virtual CD or DVD For you to Install Kali.Without .ISO file it is like A Car without Engine.while we can also render ISO later but because we are ready. So will render now.

Choose Linux as a Guest Operating System and choose Ubuntu 64-bit or 32 bit according to your Kernel version you can check your kernel version by right clicking on computer and choosing properties then find the word bit in it it will be either 32 or 64.

Now Set Name And directory/location where you wants to keep your guest operating system files and name Of The operating system which is just shown to you for differentiating between other operating systems In your VMware Workstation.

Now select Virtual disk space means the maximum space that can be consumed by operating on your Hard Disk. For Parrot, the minimum size is 20 GB but if you use 25 GB it will work smoother.

Now Click Edit Settings for this Machine Choose Hardware From the top of the screen in case if not already choose Now Click Memory And Choose RAM at least 1 GB.Virtual Disk Space is actually a virtual/easily-removable Partition which will not hurt anything on your Hard Disk drive at all except consuming disk space according to the usage of the guest operating system.

Now review the hardware Configuration and start The Machine again If the machine doesn't start don't forget to ask me in contact form given below to seek help.Because I am doing this all to help you and others like you if you will ask me I will edit my post and mention that point accordingly.

Follow After Virtual Box To Complete Remaining Steps.

Now Select Name Which will be shown to you For Differentiating in between different guest operating systems And then Choose Type Which is  Linux of course and then select version. The Version Of Parrot security Os is Ubuntu 64 bit (for the 64-bit kernel of ISO) File Which you downloaded is step 1 And only UBUNTU For 32-bit Kernel.

Now choose at least 1 GB of memory size That is RAM (Random access memory and click next. But please do not run Parrot sec if you see red line on or before 1 GB or you can be in trouble because Sudden shutdowns were notified.Which means your RAM stick could be injured or even stop working

Create a new virtual hard disk. Select the second option “create a new virtual hard disk now“. Hit the "create” button.the virtual Hard disk will be the primary(on which system boots/depends) hard disk of Guest Operating System.

Choose your Hard Disk file type as VDI and click next then choose dynamically allocated you can Also set fixed size because Dynamically seems to be a better option for us instead if sucking whole hard disk storage at once it's better to increase size as per usage.

Choose your hard disk size 25 GB for Good performance. But at least 20 GB is required. Now Click Create. (Actually, This machine does not know that it is Virtual Machine It will bring every Driver and software with it like it does when you Install it in your System boot).

(1)Choose storage
(2)choose Empty
(3)Click on DVD icon next to IDE Secondary Master
(4) Choose a Virtual CD/DVD disk file, Which is the Parrot sec's ISO you have downloaded. Click OK.And now start the engine.

Now Both VMs are ready to start. So select your VM on Virtualbox menu, and click on “Start”. Then Parrot Security Os Will Start booting. Now when you see the boot menu from it Highlight Install And Hit Enter. And select standard Install.

Now choose your Language, of course, English for this post.and click continue.but if you want to choose another language you can because it will be used in installation process as well as after installation if you want to use another language you can of course choose.

Now Select Your Location actually location is for helping installation wizard to set up time according to which you are used to watching it like +5 GMT or etc but it doesn't matter if you cant find your timezone at all because time can be settled manually after the installation procedure succeeds.

Now choose your Keyboard Layout. If It Seems Trouble Choosing Which Layout of the keyboard is yours You Can Click detect keyboard layout. And Solve Tasks To Know your keyboard layout because keyboard layout is required or when you type your name you will see it in a different language even the meaning will not be same because it's a keyboard, not a dictionary.

Set up root user(root user is the administrator of PC) password here and then Click Continue. You will give administrative rights to packages which can harm you into Parrot Security with this password after completing the installation.

Now choose a Username Whatever you wants but you should remember them because Username will be used in order to login you cannot login into parrot without setting up a new user because of security issues. Then Enter password for new User Which will be used to login

Now Configure clock Mine is Eastern.actually Clock is essential so that you can understand and edit time and if you know that clock is also used by certification date provided by site if you do not agree then just change your clock time for example 1 year back and reload this page you will never be able to load site until you fix your time back again.

Arrow down to the disc you created, in my case it is the 25 Gig “hit Enter" you can verify your hard disk is correct by watching VM (if you are using VMware) or VBOX(If you are using VirtualBox) written somewhere in that disk's Name.

Now when it asks for Create an empty partition table highlight “Yes” and hit it can start formatting our virtual disk partition for installing Parrot in it.did not Panic in this case your Primary Hard Disk Will not be harmed because VMware made a Virtual Hard Disk in your Primary.

(recommended for new users).again just because you are new or if you again you have little information about disk partitioning you can choose manually. Then Select Finish partitioning and write changes to disk.and hit Enter.

Now Select Yes.And then Wait until the installer finishes its job. It may take 5-10 minutes according to performance. When It asks for Install the Grub highlight Yes and hit enter.Choose /dev/sda on which GRUB will be installed.and hit enter.

Click Continue when Finish the installation screen. Your VM will be restarted shortly.after completing installation it can also take mean time depending on your virtual and hardware configurations. And then let the machine restart.Congratulations!!!BUT VirtualBox Users Wait You Have To Read More.
